Oddmall is more than just an ordinary craft show. It's a celebration of uniqueness, creativity, imagination, and wonder where artists, crafters, and like-minded sorts gather to offer their unusual creations for public consumption. It's a forum for creative expression, a classroom for esoteric wisdom, a soapbox for wild ideas, a miraculous marketplace of the unconventional, a metaphorical Serengetian watering hole where the zebras and wildebeests of inspiration and artistry congregate amidst the snapping crocodiles and scorching sunbeams of originality and ingenuity. ...umm yeah. Anyway, it'll be fun. Trust me.

Vendors, Crafters, and Artists

What We are Looking For:
As a celebration of the unusual, Oddmall strives to showcase arts, crafts, and products that are a bit different from what you'd find at your local country craft fair. Anything weird, freaky, bizarre, off the cob, or just plain different is welcome fodder. We're talking jewelry, art originals and prints, t shirts, stuffed animals, clothing, games and toys, home decorating jazz, holiday ornaments, crazy blinged out bingo boards that include graphics from all the latest bingo promotions and just about anything else you might think of. If it's creative, unusual, and you made it it's welcome at Oddmall (as long as it passes the jurying process, see below). Adult themed material is allowed but must be clearly marked as such and hidden from the eyes of passing children and the faint of constitution.

Jurying:
Oddmall is a juried show. This means vendors must pass a very simple screening process to ensure their products meet the quality standards of the show and they aren't presenting the same products as a dozen other vendors. To see if you pass the jurying process simply email a sample or three of your work (72 dpi jpegs, please) or a link to your website to Andy at andy@andyhopp.com. If you get confused and register for a booth without first submitting samples, don't worry; if you don't pass the jurying process for whatever reason I'll refund your booth fee and let you know why. We'll still be friends.

Booth Space:
Most of the vendor booths at Oddmall are 8' wide and 6' deep and include one table (6'x30") and two chairs. There are several oversized booths available (see the map below) and they are the SAME PRICE as the regular sized ones. Oversized booths will go to whoever signs up for them first, so get your wazoo moving and reserve your space!

Booth Fees:
Oddmall booths are only $100. Sharing of booths is allowed (encouraged, even) and vendors may purchase more than one booth each. Reserve your booth.

Extras:
Electricity and wireless internet access are included at no extra charge. We have a number of gridwall panels (6'x2' and 5'x2") which may be rented for a small fee ($10 a panel). Please email Andy at andy@andyhopp.com to inquire about panels.

Refunds and Cancellations:
Booth fees are nonrefundable. They are, however, transferable to the next Oddmall show if you notify Andy before April 1, 2012.

Displays:
Vendors are encouraged to decorate their booths in whatever fashion they desire. Backdrops and hanging walls are permitted. You may bring additional tables and fixtures with you, if you like, but all display materials must fit within your allotted space.

Reserve Your Booth

To reserve your vendor space just check out the map below then click the button the says "The Button" to pay via secure PayPal connection (you do not have to have a PayPal account to use this method). If you prefer to pay by check or arrange some other method please email Andy and we'll work it out.

By popular demand you may now reserve booths for both Oddmall: Emporium of the Weird (May 12) and Oddmall: Chrishanuwkanzmadan (November 3) at the same time. Doing so saves you 10% ($20). If you've already reserved a space for May and want to reserve a spot for November you can do so and still save $20.

*We'll do our best to make sure you get the booth you reserve, but Oddmall reserves the right to adjust booth assignments based on availabilty and unforseen changes in room layout. Due to the topography and geometry of the various rooms, objects such as pillars and scrunched up accordian walls make it difficult to accurately depict the precise room layouts. The maps represent approximations of the actual layout and no claim of absolute accuracy is made. Please include a first and second choice of booth numbers.
Billing statements will say "Con on the Cob" as the account name. Con on the Cob is a gaming nerd convention that shares the Oddmall account, not a confidence trick, in case you were worried.
